The location was perfect! Walking distance to the main square, the castle and the Jewish district. The room was newly done so the condition of the rooms was very good. The staff were also really helpful and the tour they recommended (Manifold) was very professional.
It was strange that the 'hotel' is actually inside the existing Monopol hotel... Though we peeked into the Monopol rooms and were very happy we stayed in the Jazz part. The breakfast was a good spread for Eastern Europe... Just not that tasty.

The location was fantastic, close to a variety of restaurants and within walking distance to the Polish Poster Art Gallery, the room was new and the bed was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent assistance throughout our stay.

The hotel is renovated partially (the jazz part). It had brochures which point out that the Jazz part was open in October, 2010. Design and lighting is really nice and support the topic. Also the location is great.
However, all the rest was awful. Before the arrival, the hotel staff pre-authorized our credit card, i.e. blocked the amount per night. We could not use the money so had to make arrangements with the bank which costed extra money for us. Upon the arrival, we did not hear a single word of 'excuse' or at least any smile for causing us such inconvenience. We even wrote an email which was replied day after we left. The hotel does not have elevators, so be sure to have someone carry your luggage - the guy who 'shows' the room does not bother helping you. The breakfast is very very poor. Hotel pretends to be boutique and stylish but in reality is a partly renovated old style guest house.

Fantastic location - everything you need from a hotel
The rooms were quite cramped but that was the cheapest option

Facilities and location.
Unable to purchase refreshments on the sat eve due to a private function. No prior warning or alternative suggested. Use of reception lounge for service of drinks could have been an option. Disappointed about the lack of flexibility the hotel offered.

Thank you for a very nice experience we had at this nicely decorated hotel. We liked incredible location close to Galeria Ag. The tourist area was good for a city break. Nothing too much trouble, it was dope!
